  That is how the relationship with each client begins. I believe that my shop will only be successful if it offers its clients quality craftsmanship in a timely manner for a fair price all backed by honest dealing and excellent customer service.

  Patriot 1:9 Gunsmithing is a Christian-based, veteran-owned, operated business in Hurricane, WV. My desire is to conduct business in a way that glorifies God and gives my customers great value for their money.

  I offer a variety of gunsmithing services for muzzleloaders, modern firearms, pistols, shotguns, and rifles. I even offer CPR classes taught by an American Red Cross certified instructor, me,  for those who want to learn.

  Before I get to why you stopped by, let me tell you a little about myself. My name is David Gibson, and I am a gunsmith. I operate Patriot 1:9 Gunsmithing in Hurricane, West Virginia. I am a graduate of the Sonoran Desert Institute in Tempe, AZ. I received my Certificate in Firearms Technology – Handgun Specialist and Associate of Science in Firearms Technology there. My studies included Basic/Advanced Ballistics, Firearms Inspection and Troubleshooting, Striker/Hammer-Fired Pistols, Revolvers, Sights/Optics, and more. I have also completed the Master Gunsmith course from the American Gunsmithing Institute. There, I received certifications in Pistolsmithing, Glocksmithing, Cowboy Action Armorer, AR-15/M4 Riflesmithing, 1911 Pistolsmithing, Shotgunsmithing, .22 Rimfire, and Center Fire Rifles.

  I am a member of the Firearm Industry Trade Association, WV Citizens Defense League, United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), and a Life Member of the National Rifle Association (NRA). Additionally, the shop is a member of the Glock Sport Shooting Foundation.
